BOOKINGS:
Appointment times may fluctuate slightly until the barber is finished with previous client, as not all cuts and styles fit in the allotted time given and we do not believe in rushing, although we try very hard to meet those timelines.
CANCELLATION NOTICE:
We kindly ask for 3 hours prior to your appointment for cancelled appointments, as courtesy to the barber and more importantly other clients. Appointments which are cancelled less than 3 hours, your profile will be turned to PRE-PAY ONLY. To reschedule/cancel your appointment refer to the link provided in the email you received when the appointment was booked.
NO SHOW NOTICE:
If you simply do not show up for your appointment, your profile will be turned to PRE-PAY ONLY and you will be charged for 100% of the cost for the appointment missed on your next visit.
LATE NOTICE:
Arriving late for your appointment, 10 minutes or more will be rescheduled and a 50% fee scheduled appointment late will be added to the next visit.
